Born into a tight-knit family on June 16, 2001, Theresa grew up in Chester before moving to Conway. She attended Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School in Northampton, where she formed many lifelong friendships.
Theresa’s life was defined by the deep love she had for her family. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Pete McLoughlin, and a wonderful, nurturing mother to their young children.
